Little discussed by the advocates of ‘The Law of Attraction” and the trend for self-help books which say “we are given everything we ask for’ are the tools to deal with the fallout, experienced by practitioners, from the non-manifestation of the requests they make. Nor is there any help or instructions given for the high levels of frustration and depression which can lead from these ‘requests’ not happening quickly enough, or from the appearance that they are not happening at all. These perceptions can give us the feeling that we’re not being listened to or that the Universe doesn’t want to help us. ‘Well, if God doesn’t want me to have this or that, which are my desires, what does HE want to me to do?” you ask yourself. You wait for a response, or a sign, a voice, a feeling; but no answer. ” If it is true that I create my world, why am I experiencing THIS instead of THAT?”” Where have the obstacles come from instead of them disappearing after doing all this meditation?”” Why is it all so complicated?”” What am I waiting for?”” Why, now that it HAS arrived, have I lost interest?!!!”
As someone who has experienced such levels of frustration, through people not doing what they say they are going to do, or other things cropping up which blow one off course, it is quite easy to fall into this pattern of thinking. But it may be that, to achieve your goal the quickest, you need to learn something or be taken somewhere you didn’t expect to go. It is only in hindsight where you can see what might have happened if you had ‘yes; to the avenue that opened up for you, even though it seemed incomprehensible and probably not as desirable at the time. Or it could be that the goal we’re asking for is taking so long to manifest, we’ve changed our minds by then and are giving the Universe contradictory instructions.
My feeling is that we have to learn to adapt to what is, rather than imaging that we create everything we are experiencing. Remove the guilt trip that kind of thinking can engender! The truth is we all see the same set of circumstances in a different way, Here’s an example: Imagine we are at a dance and we see a desirable dance partner we’d like to join us for a salsa. We are focused on that person and therefore everything else that is going on around us becomes pretty much irrelevant. Things to which we are temporarily oblivious, yet everybody else is at the same party – and they are experiencing their interpretation of the same set of circumstances.
The Mind Manifesto Mindtracks are designed to help relax and condition the mind to perceive events with less anxiety. They allow us not only to accept our situation, using meditative voice guidance, but to create new circumstances from that level of calmness. A doubting and suspicious energy can often create chaotic and discordant results. So, if you are as impatient as I am, how then do you calm yourself enough to release the correct attractive energy to work its miracles? And build in a knowing patience while the Univesre is working on the request “behind the scenes?”
This is what we wanted to address when we created the Mindtracks. We wanted to reach a level of acceptance whereby a person could use the universal energy to get in touch with that discordance and transform it. The key to such transformation is a change of perspective and an access to inner knowledge. With this in mind, the tracks help you relax sufficiently for the visualisation techniques to be worked on by the unconscious mind so that a greater control over circumstances, whatever their outward appearance, is established.
