More and more people are finding that the days are flying by. It’s already nearly April of 2016! And more and more, we are being overwhelmed by the need to do more, by a myriad of distractions and by ever-changing situations to our day to day lives which seem to take us nowhere ‘concrete’. Many feel that they are losing control over simple things because there are never enough hours in the day.
There are some who are saying that time is getting quicker as our vibrational levels speed up, until a time comes that we can increase or decrease time at will. After all, what is time? A human construct? A universal mathematical mechanism?
It can be demonstrated that the subject, using deep meditation, can achieve much in a very short time. Writers or artists, for example, who are fully involved in their craft, are surprised at what they can do in the space of a few hours. Are they manipulating time through their focusing on one thing in which they have great passion? Many bored office workers will tell you how slow time drags while they are at the office, leading to poor productivity. Can the same length of time really be quick on the one hand and slow on the other? Is it all about perception?
The perception of time can indeed be changed by the mind. We have several meditations and interventions which can allow you to ‘bend’ time, to be more productive in a shorter space of time and to be more appreciative of what can be achieved in the magnificence of that time. It can also help you make the day feel longer by filling it with joyful things. We are all about developing a new mindset, of evolving the human capacity for creating in a loving, positive way.
